Heavy rain expected in Fountain Hills

Bringing close to an inch

Heavy rain is expected in Fountain Hills Wednesday and Thursday, according to the NWS.

More rain is expected to hit Fountain Hills, according to the National Weather Service.

Storms are forecasted to roll in late Tuesday, with chances rising after 11 p.m. and into Wednesday and where chances are 80%. Fountain Hills may see a tenth-of-an-inch to a quarter inch of rain Wednesday with highs reaching 85 degrees.

Heavier rain is expected that night with the NWS forecasting up to half-an-inch to three quarters-of-an-inch. Thursday will also see heavy rain possible with the same amounts.
