The Sun City West Independent is the only local weekly newspaper devoted entirely to covering the local news of Sun City West, Arizona – an age-restricted community in the Southwest created by the late Del Webb.
Sun City West offers everything the active adult 55 and older could want in a community: four Recreation Centers with more than 90 chartered clubs, seven golf courses, a state-of-the-art bowling center, a private library, performance theater and countless other amenities and activities.
