The Neighborhood Property Owners’ Association’s Committee of Architecture reviewed and approved 10 permit requests at the meeting held Oct. 7.

Approvals were as follows:

*17303 Oro Grande – Repaint.

*17518 Algonquin – Repaint.

*15757 Palisades – Open air.

*15714 Grassland – Repaint.

*17509 Huron Lan – Repaint.

*15417 Richwood – Garage Door.

*16014 Glenbrook – Repaint.

*16443 Leo – Repaint.

*15915 Thistle – Repaint.

The Neighborhood Committee of Approval (NCOA) holds meetings twice a month on the first and third Tuesdays at 4 p.m.to review plans submitted during the previous weeks. Deadlines for permit submittal are Thursdays at 2 p.m. and will be reviewed at the following meeting.

The NPOA Board of Directors meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m.
