Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation based in Fountain Hills reports that deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, May 29,  through Wednesday, June 4.

Thursday, May 29

*Fort McDowell Police officers arrested a subject with multiple active warrants out of MCSO and other jurisdictions. The subject was turned over to MCSO and booked into jail on the warrants.

*A resident of the 16000 block of Almont Drive reported that a house guest stole prescription medication from the complainant’s medicine cabinet. The complainant did not wish to aid in prosecution.

*A resident of the 16000 block of Bayfield Drive reported a domestic violence fight incident.

Friday, May 30

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that a known subject shoplifted items from a business.

*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. for a reported private property vehicle collision. According to deputies a driver backed into a parked vehicle while attempting to exit a parking space at a business. No injuries were reported, and no vehicles were towed.

Saturday, May 31

*A resident of the 15000 block of Thistle Drive reported that an unknown subject stole a package from the front porch of a residence.

*A subject with an active felony warrant contacted MCSO to turn themselves in. The subject was subsequently arrested and booked into jail on the warrant.

*A resident of the 13000 block of Territory Trail reported that a contractor working on the exterior of a home entered the residence without permission. The subject was formally trespassed from the residence as requested by the homeowner.

Sunday, June 1

*A resident of the 12000 block of Desert Sage Drive reported a violation of a court order.

Monday, June 2

*Deputies responded to the 28000 block of Summit Springs Road for a reported traffic collision. According to MCSO a driver backing out of a driveway struck a legally parked vehicle in the street. No injuries were reported, and no vehicles were towed.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that a subject shoplifted items from a business. The subject was contacted and issued a criminal citation.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Glendora Drive where an off-duty law enforcement officer reported observing a vehicle believed to be driven by an intoxicated subject. Deputies responded and contacted the driver. A DUI investigation was initiated. The case is pending blood test results.

*Deputies received a report of a domestic violence assault incident.

Tuesday, June 3

*Deputies made a traffic stop on Saguaro Boulevard at Ledferd Lane. According to the report the driver was traveling 60 miles per hour where the speed limit is 35. A records check revealed the subject had a suspended driver’s license. The driver was issued a criminal citation.

Wednesday, June 4

*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. where it was reported that a person was assaulted by a subject who sprayed them with gasoline following an argument at the gas pumps of a gas station.
