Fountain Hills Mayor-elect Gerry Friedel and Councilmember-elect Gayle Earle will be sworn in to begin their terms of office on Tuesday, Dec. 3, at the time of the regular Town Council meeting.
The agenda includes time for comments from outgoing Mayor Ginny Dickey as well as from current council members and the public. That will be followed by the swearing in ceremony.
Two additional seats for council members remain pending a recount of the council race from the November General Election. Those results are expected to be unsealed in court on Monday, Dec. 9.
