The Fountain Hills Republican Club meets Saturday, Feb. 17, for its monthly meeting.
A registration, social period and meet-and-greet with breakfast snacks begins at 8:30 a.m. in the Community Center with the meeting starting promptly at 9 a.m. with an invocation and pledge of allegiance.
This is the second forum featuring candidates for the town offices of mayor and council member, according to Fountain Hills Republican Club vice president and program chair Boe James.
“This is a great opportunity to meet local candidates and hear their thoughts on situations affecting the Town and their vision for the future,” James said.
All announced candidates for mayor and town council who are registered as Republicans are invited. Candidates or campaign representatives for other offices are expected to be present and might give “very short” comments about themselves or their campaign, James said.
All club members, friends and fellow conservatives are invited to attend.
