Fountain Hills Public Works identified infrastructure projects for Fiscal Year 2027

Projects discussed at Town Council work session

Fountain Hills Public Works Director Justin Weldy shared a handful of capital improvement projects before the Fountain Hills Town Council during its work session Tuesday, March 24.

Among the largest remains the widening of Shea Boulevard, though other key infrastructure and public safety improvements were also presented.

Widening Shea Boulevard between Palisades and Fountain Hills Boulevards will continue, though Weldy said he does not anticipate completion this year. The anticipated cost for FY2027 is $1 million with the Town share responsible for $300,000.
