The Fountain Hills Artists’ Gallery is set to hold a live demo for a local gourd artist.

Artist Michele Mulleady will demonstrate her creative process 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Nov. 17 at the gallery, 16858 E. Avenue of the Fountains, Suite 103, according to a press release.

Mulleady enjoys the unique shape, texture and character of each gourd, allowing her to make each piece she creates one of a kind. She enjoys incorporating natural features of gourds into their designs rather than hide them.
