Town of Fountain Hills begins search for attorney

Replacing Pierce Coleman, Aaron Arnson

The Town of Fountain Hills is initiating a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to identify a new town attorney.

To ensure continuity and stability during the transition, the town will extend its current contract with Pierce Coleman PLLC, the firm currently providing town attorney services.

Originally set to conclude on May 1, 2025, the agreement with Pierce Coleman PLLC will be extended by 60 days and end on July 1, 2025.
