‘50 States, 50 Tastes’ is Sept. 15

The Fountain Hills Library will host a free, two-hour program for adults Monday, Sept. 15, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the library’s Conference Room.

“America the Beautiful — 50 States, 50 Tastes” will take participants on a road trip across the United States to explore each state’s cities, mottos, monuments, points of interest, people, culture and food history.

From rocky Maine to sunny California and sandy Florida to the lush Pacific Northwest, the program highlights distinctive regional flavors of New England, the Heartland, the Southwest and the Pacific Coast.

The Fountain Hills Library will host a free, two-hour program for adults Monday, Sept. 15, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the library’s Conference Room.

“America the Beautiful — 50 States, 50 Tastes” will take participants on a road trip across the United States to explore each state’s cities, mottos, monuments, points of interest, people, culture and food history.

From rocky Maine to sunny California and sandy Florida to the lush Pacific Northwest, the program highlights distinctive regional flavors of New England, the Heartland, the Southwest and the Pacific Coast.

The session features 50 signature dishes and stories from across the country for a coast-to-coast culinary adventure.

There is no cost to attend, but registration is required at mcldaz.org.

Register via the Maricopa County Library District events calendar. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
