The Fountain Hills Activity Center will host the presentation “FoodSense: A to Z” Thursday, Sept. 22, from 2 to 3 p.m.

The topic for the program is “Reducing Inflammation.” Chronic inflammation is the root cause of many serious illnesses including heart disease and cancer.
Sharon will show how specific foods influence the inflammatory process and the best strategy for containing and reducing long-term disease and risks.
The program will be held at the Community Center, 13001 N. La Montana Blvd.
The program is free for Activity Center members and $5 for non-members. Pre-registration required. Reference Course #2074 when registering.
