A 155,597-square-foot industrial building to be constructed south of the southwest corner of North Greenfield Road and East McDowell Road in Mesa is to consolidate Phoenix and Mesa operations at a new headquarters for ER2, an IT services and technology company.
The 8.7-acre development’s look and landscaping were discussed during the Aug. 11 Mesa Design Review Board meeting. Board member Nicole Lynam was absent.
A one-story, 40-foot-tall building is planned at the undeveloped site, Staff Planner Charlotte Bridges said during the meeting.
