The Fountain Hills Artists’ Gallery will hold a demonstration Tuesday, Nov. 25, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., led by acrylic artist Victoria O’Connor.

O’Connor paints not to escape life, but to be in deep relation with it, according to a press release.

A self-taught artist, she works primarily with acrylics and collage. Her process is intuitive and layered.

From super moons to ponderosa mornings, her mixed-media art is a conversation between grief and color, stillness and vitality.

The gallery is located at 16858 E. Avenue of the Fountains and is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
