The Fountain Hills Art League is starting its fall schedule with a meeting at the Community Center on Monday, Oct. 5, at 6:30 p.m.

New members and those interested in learning more about participating in the March artist studio tour, “Tour d’ Artists 2016,” are encouraged to attend as guests of the Art League.

The league invites local artists to sign up for the March Studio Tour to be held March 4-6, 2016.

Registration closes Oct. 4 for those willing to serve on a committee and have a reduced registration fee of $50. Late registration will close Nov. 3 for the full registration fee of $100. Registration for the tour will close Nov. 3.

The public is welcome to visit the Community Center for a peek at the work of several artists who will be participating in the March tour.

Registration forms are available on the table in the Community Center lobby and online at www.fountainhillsartleague.com.

Artists are invited to open their own studio for visitors, or join with other artists at a studio on the tour. Artists can choose which option they prefer when they register.

Artists must show only their own artwork and must be a member of the Fountain Hills Art League. All host artists must live in Fountain Hills and not in a gated community.

Artists signing up by Oct. 5 with a $50 registration fee are asked to attend a Studio Tour meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 7 p.m. in the Bistro at Fountain View Village.
