Sneakybird will open a location May 27 at 3919 E. Williams Field Road, suite 104, Gilbert, in the Verde at Cooley Station development.

The brand, which first opened a restaurant in Scottsdale in 2022, features signature chicken in a sandwich, wings, or as tenders with the guests’ choice of eight dry rubs – all of which are gluten-free – plus their choice of 10 sauces.
