I realize it’s early, but how exciting would it be to have Cecil Yates as the next mayor of Fountain Hills? I have known him and his family for several years. They are wonderful people!

Cecil creates opportunity wherever he goes. He is an award-winning commercial real estate developer with projects across the Valley, and in other states. He has the unique background of both public and private sector business operations. He has extensive work with non-profits such as CPLC, Habitat for Humanity and People Helping People.

AZRE Magazine named him in their 2017 edition of “People to Know” in business. As reported by the Phoenix Business Journal, he manages over 11 million square feet of commercial office, retail and industrial space throughout Arizona, which makes it the fifth largest portfolio in the state.

Cecil has a BBA in marketing and management, an MBA in strategic management, is Six Sigma Certified and sits on the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC). He speaks multiple languages and tries to teach everyone how to say hello in each of them.

As you may have noticed during his two terms as a town councilmember, he has helped several small, large and new businesses come to town while preserving the quality of life we all have for Fountain Hills. But that’s just his professional background.

What’s really great about Cecil is how genuine and down to earth he is. He is a man of integrity, has great life experience, offers out-of-the-box ideas, all while being a team player. When you sit down with him, you’ll wish he was your next door neighbor. Let’s make him our next Mayor. Vote Cecil 2018!
