Listening to or watching news blurbs anymore regarding Obamacare, gun control, immigration issues, whether it refers to illegals or otherwise, also rampant government corruption at virtually all levels, from small towns to big cities such as Compton, Calif., I personally have had about all I can take.

A lot of talk about more government control over our lives…

As we should all be aware what happened in Great Britain until Margaret Thatcher stepped in and put that country back on track by privatizing industry to start with.

That imposter we have in Washington is doing his best to make us a socialist nation. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out what the left is up to.

Several years ago while attending a town hall meeting here in Fountain Hills, which some of you folks may have attended, the representative who conducted the program made a profound statement that I heard again just today: “We do not need to pass more stupid laws, but simply enforce the ones already on the books.”

This country is being so brain-washed in the interest of political correctness that we are all but losing our ability or freedom to do what is right.

I do not need to mention names here, but you folks out there who are on a mission to get rid of Sheriff Joe Arpaio just because he has the guts to comply and try to do the job he was elected to do should maybe consider what the alternative would be without him, unless you are happy with so much of your tax dollars going to providing healthcare and government benefits that should be used for where it was originally intended.

How about today’s news about another government-supported green car company declaring bankruptcy?

I rest my case for now.
