We-Ko-Pa to hold fireworks celebration on the eve of Independence Day

We-Ko-Pa Casino resort is holding a special fireworks celebration on the eve of America's 250th birthday.

The event begins at 9 p.m. on Friday, July 3, at 10438 N. Fort McDowell Road, according to the resort's website.

Admission is free and the event will feature a fireworks display to celebrate the upcoming milestone. Participants are welcome to arrive early to enjoy dining, drinks, entertainment and gaming before the show.
