A well-respected financial advisor and informative speaker invited by local groups, Wayne Stutzer, 68, died Oct. 19.

Stutzer was an annual guest speaker at Chamber of Commerce and Fountain Hills Realtor Marketing Sessions. He would predict the economic situation for the year ahead in terms of real estate and the national economy.

In part, his humorous observations, dry humor, subject knowledge and oratory skill in talking without relying on notes made him a popular guest speaker.

Wayne Stutzer, popular financial speaker, dies

A well-respected financial advisor and informative speaker invited by local groups, Wayne Stutzer, 68, died Oct. 19.

Stutzer was an annual guest speaker at Chamber of Commerce and Fountain Hills Realtor Marketing Sessions. He would predict the economic situation for the year ahead in terms of real estate and the national economy.

In part, his humorous observations, dry humor, subject knowledge and oratory skill in talking without relying on notes made him a popular guest speaker.

He worked as a financial advisor for more than 35 years educating investors and helping them achieve their financial goals. He retired from RBC Wealth Management Dec. 31, 2017.

Stutzer hosted a radio talk show called “The Smart Investor” every Sunday on News radio 92.3 FM KTAR, where he discussed important current events impacting the market and answered listener questions.

He was also on Fox News 10 at 5:20 a.m. weekdays interpreting the market for more than 10 years.

Stutzer also taught courses entitled “You and Your Money” for Phoenix College and Rio Salado through their life-long learning programs.

. He also taught at the Real Estate School in Scottsdale and enjoyed his many other speaking opportunities throughout the valley and state.

Services were held Oct. 21 at Temple Chai, Phoenix.
