I hope that The Times can print an answer for me, as I know that they always find out answers for important matters.
Can anyone explain why EPCOR was allowed to tear up Saguaro after the beautiful job that was done re-building the street? It is mind-boggling.
I assume the streets are owned by the Town of Fountain Hills and, if this is so, why was not proper planning done to have the water repairs done prior to the street repairs? Now Saguaro looks almost like it used to. What a shame!

While I recognize the fact that water pipes need to be replaced or repaired, why after the street repaving? What is with the Town Council to allow this travesty?
When EPCOR bought the water company, they were aware repairs were needed and that was several years ago. I recognize my water bill has substantially increased since they took over, but that is not an issue for the Town Council.
I did try to contact EPCOR once and actually sent them a spreadsheet of my water costs for three years. They chose to ignore my letter; no response whatsoever.
