The Town of Fountain Hills is reporting that a water main break is impacting traffic on Shea Boulevard eastbound at Eagle Mountain Parkway.
Traffic is moving past the site in a single lane. Major backups are anticipated on eastbound Shea Boulevard through the afternoon.
At this time there is no estimate as to how quickly the repair can be made and the street returned to normal. It is not unusual with such breaks to take several days before the roadway is completely repaired and reopened.
