Who is Alan Magazine anyway?

All I know is he wants to run for Town Council because he loves Fountain Hills. Imagine that.

Yet he is anxious to bring to this last hamlet of Americana all his experience and expertise from his public service as a beltway insider. Yup, Washington, D.C. and Fairfax County, two of the worst run entities in our nation, with its high crime rates, high taxes and traffic congestion so terrible gas masks are almost a necessity.

Yup, Washington, D.C. and Fairfax County, two of the worst run entities in our nation, with its high crime rates, high taxes and traffic congestion so terrible gas masks are almost a necessity.

This is what he brings to this town – the chaos of the area called “the swamp” and he thinks it will work here. He probably believes in eminent domain too because he sure believes in getting money funneled into government any which he can.

For example, higher taxes, first on winter visitors, then the elderly, and bonds, more bonds for whatever, no mention of living within means in government, sure never learned that in all the years working as a Washington bureaucrat.

Sooner or later, if elected, he will run for higher office because his whole history is one of cozying up to lobbyists and officials, like probably Harry Reid. Alan Magazine has been one that retired on a few pensions so he could go ply his trade at some small unsuspecting down like Fountain Hills. Warning, danger is on its way!
