Obama called rigged elections ridiculous, but not according to irregularities uncovered by Pew study where 12.7 million records are out of date, 2.6 million are registered to vote in two states, 68,000 are registered in three states, which means 2.75 million voting in more than one state.
A total of 1.8 million are deceased but are still on current voter registration. Twelve million current voters had moved or have errors in information, plus 8 to 12 percent records containing errors. Pew report concluded America should consider streamlining by using modern technology.
Obama’s administration efforts through the Justice Department to manipulate voting laws is perceived as helping the Democratic Party by blocking states who require photo I.D.

There is no evidence that I.D. discourage legitimate voters. Voting studies prove turnout increases. Modern society needs a photo I.D. to fly on planes, cash checks, purchase prescription drugs, enter federal or state buildings.
Andrew Young, former mayor of Atlanta and one-time colleague of Martin Luther King, said “you cannot be part of the mainstream of American life today without photo I.D.”
Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Chafee, a liberal independent, signed photo I.D. into existence stating, “I am signing this law by requests from the minority community about voting fraud in Providence and other cities.” Sponsor of the bill in Rhode Island state Senate was Harold Motts, the only African-American in the entire body. His opinion was “It’s not about red state, blue state, who’s on the left or right, it’s about strengthening people’s faith in the system.”
Opponents of voter I.D. ignore an important point, that voters without I.D. will receive a provisional ballot – federal law requires it – it will be counted as long as the voter is in fact determined eligible.
The existence of fraud can change the outcome of elections.
