This week I was in Fountain Hills visiting my sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Boe James. I’ve visited them many times, and every time I’m here we take part in the community events that take place.
On Friday night, April 26, they took me to the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce Gala (awards dinner), and it was a very enjoyable evening. I very much appreciated the delectable food, but the best part of the evening was seeing people recognized for sharing their talents and gifts for the benefit of their hometown. It was a very well run ceremony.
That kind of commitment and dedication is what makes cities and towns desirable places to live. I congratulate and commend all who received awards, and I congratulate all the people who are fortunate enough to live in this community. You have many generous people here who use their talents to make this the desirable community it is.

We also went out for meals a number of times when I was visiting. Euro Pizza Café was excellent and is a favorite place to eat when I am visiting Fountain Hills. It offers great service in a great atmosphere with an amazing view and superb food.
