Since the mid-1970s, expenditures well in excess of $100,000 have been made to study a wide variety of downtown development proposals. Most of them failed to pass muster for two very rational reasons: Some were simply impractical and unfeasible but, most importantly, few if any ever garnered the support of local residents or the business community.

Vision Fountain Hills has the credentials and is extremely capable of conducting an accurate and verifiable community survey to determine whether there is sufficient support for the lagoon proposal at a cost of just a few hundred dollars. For once, why not test community support first and spend the feasibility study thousands later?

While on the subject of money, $2,500 per month for shared rental of a 500 sq. ft. office space on Verde River Drive? Surely you jest.
