Please stop ruining our town with your hateful rhetoric. Stop inviting other organizations and non-residents to speak the same language of hate, like Turning Point USA during the Feb. 27 council meeting.

You were already chased out of the Illinois legislature for ethics violations and carpetbagged your way to Fountain Hills. Yet, you continued that same behavior here instead of learning from your self-inflicted mistakes. Yes, it is your freedom of speech to write about hate. But Fountain Hills is not your bully pulpit and playground. Just look around you and admire the many reasons why we all love this town. You were elected to serve, not to hate.

You say you stand on your principles. Yet, you are spreading lies that the ethics violations are weaponized complaints toward you. You committed those violations, no one else. You clearly violated this town’s code of ethics and your oath of office. Please read them again. Go check that MCSO report about your car chase. They are not bogus nor politically motivated. You did all those and they are not lies. Own it.

You quote Bible verses to defend your words. Hate is not in the Bible. Hate is not political. Hate does nothing but harm others. Please stop before anyone gets hurt. Your purposeful language does nothing but divide us.

We want our peaceful and beautiful town back, and to continue to live here, without fear.

Resign, just like you did in Illinois. Run to another place at the same speed you did in Illinois. Time is of the essence.
