Veterans Day is Monday, and the Little Falcons Preschool will host a flag ceremony the following Tuesday.

The students will commemorate the men and women who wear uniforms and protect our country. The Little Falcons Preschool wants to represent the country in the best way and continue to teach its students the importance of supporting the country, while also respecting the United States military for providing safety and freedom.

“We will walk from our gathering area in preschool out to the front of our school waving little flags,” said Director of Early Childhood & Preschool Teacher Mrs. Denise Matus. “We will have a veteran with us as our guest. We will say the pledge and sing ‘You’re a Grand Old Flag.’”

The event starts at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at the flag pole in front of Little Falcons Preschool.
