Two sisters with ties to Fountain Hills will appear in the next episode of “Pool Hunters,” a new television show on the HDTV channel.

The episode, “A Pool of Their Own,” will debut at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 27. The show was filmed last October.

When Tiffany Carlson-Richison and her husband, Matthew, were house hunting, a community pool just didn’t cut it for their family of two daughters; Madelyn, 5, and Marilyn, 1.

Tiffany, a Realtor for 16 years, enlisted her sister Amy Ashley, also a Realtor, to find the perfect family home. They searched for more than three years before they settled on a Gilbert house with a resort-style pool, waterfall and outdoor playground space.

Their dream house consists of 2,800 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms and a three-car garage in Gilbert.

Tiffany, Amy and their mother, Pam Carlson, also of Fountain Hills, comprise the real estate Team TLC (Trust Loyalty Confidence).

Amy, a real estate investor and landlord, attended Fountain Hills High School and Arizona State University. She has lived in town since 1985. An active member of Four Peaks Rotary Club, she, her husband, and two children volunteer for Home Delivered Meals.

Ashley said they did not receive a preview of the show so they will be as interested as other viewers to see what actually appears in the production.
