While the Desert Vista Dog Park has been up and running for a couple of weeks since its July 27 grand re-opening, those who frequent the park have shared mixed feelings on work taking place.
Some have shared their pleasure with improvements and are happy to once again have a dedicated space for their four-legged friends. Others say the Fountain Hills dog park, initially set to close for five weeks and then extended to eight, still looks “ruff.”
In the comments to an update posted July 7 by The Times Independent on Facebook, resident Leslie Jurgensen stated she was unsure what was improved upon and that she felt the park appeared “the same or worse.”
