“I am a Metropolitan opera star on loan for the season.” Those who know me and my background know that a Met star I am not. But it is good for a laugh and some humor with the new members of our group. It is all in good fun.

Life isn’t always just fun. One hears things said and wonders. Does one know the background of the speaker and his history?

One frequently hears Muslims say, “We are a peaceful religion.” This is not said in good humor, but an attempt to convince one that they are peaceful. What does their history tell us? Islam hijacked the ancient Arab culture when Khadija bint Khuwaylid, Mohammad’s wife, wrote the Qur’an.

She listened to stories of the Judaic and Christian religious beliefs based on reports of Mohammad and friends gathered from the marketplace. She superimposed these reports onto the predominant Arab culture of plunder and raid and Islam was created. ISIS is simply the masked face of Islam. Militant Islam must be defeated. Not tolerated, but defeated.

Are there not some peaceful Muslims? It makes no difference whether Islam is considered a religion or a political movement. It makes no difference whether they are ISIS, Salafst or Wahhabist. Muslims follow the Qur’an. They wish to recreate the caliphate of Bagdad, that is to create a single, theocratic world government.

Since the seventh century Muslims have been pushing, slicing, chopping and shooting their way across Africa and Europe. And in their own words, they have said repeatedly that we, the United States, are the Great Satan and must be destroyed.

I know many Muslims and I have told them directly that until they reject, disavow and quit following the Qur’an and Islam, I do not trust them.
