I have heard folks say they don’t trust the current town council, that they don’t like the decisions that have been made. I also don’t agree with every vote, but I do know that I want to protect my property value.
If this primary property tax does not pass, my home value will decrease when the streets are not maintained, the parks are rundown, and the town’s buildings are falling apart due to lack of funding. As a homeowner, my home is one of my most important investments.
I will not allow my distrust of the town council to get in the way of my financial future. I will be voting yes on May 15!
