Picking up a building permit late last week the contractor for Tractor Supply Company wasted no time going to work on the Fountain Hills site for a new store.

Rough grading and vegetation removal on the site was being done as of Monday morning with some cactus removed and set in a nursery on the site.

Tractor Supply Company has plans for a 21,000 square-foot store plus storage yard on a four-acre site at Shea Boulevard and Monterey Drive.
