Fountain Hills residents can sign up through the Town of Fountain Hills’ Notifyme! system to receive alerts in the event there is a need for information in an emergency.
With the onset of summer months both wildland fire and monsoon flooding can be a concern to Fountain Hills residents.
According to the town’s Community Relations Director/PIO Mike Pelton, the town is in the process of developing a one-sheet guideline for residents to clearly explain how residents can get information during an emergency. This will include information on what social media accounts and other sources will have official information from the Town of Fountain Hills. This will include Facebook, X (twitter) and the news section of the town website.
