Town Council will meet Thursday

The Town Council has a light agenda when it meets this week on Thursday,

The agenda includes the rotation of the vice mayor position from Councilman Dennis Brown to Councilman Henry Leger.

Also, there are consent agenda items for approval related to the upcoming Fountain Hills Wine and Sculpture Experience in January.

Mayor Linda Kavanagh has a congratulatory proclamation for the L. Alan Cruikshank River of Time Museum.

The council will meet in closed executive session beginning at 5:15 p.m. to discuss a settlement agreement related to tax enforcement action and a development agreement for the proposed Park Place development for downtown.

The council meets for its regular session on Thursday, Dec. 3, at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers at Town Hall. The meeting is open to the public.
