The council will also consider a recommendation by he Public Art Committee to accept and placement of three new public art sculptures. Those are entitled "Fred & Ginger," "Tin Man," and "Man in the Moon."

Town Council meeting on Thursday

Town Council meets on Thursday, March 6, and will consider a proposed agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates for engineering services related to the Saguaro Boulevard reconstruction project.
The proposed agreement would be for $426,659.
The council will also consider a recommendation by he Public Art Committee to accept and placement of three new public art sculptures. Those are entitled "Fred & Ginger," "Tin Man," and "Man in the Moon."
All of the sculptures are donated and annual insurance costs for all would total $208.
The council will meet Thursday, March 6, at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers at Town Hall. The session is open to the public.
Prior to the regular session the council will go into closed executive session at 5 p.m. to interview an applicant for the position of presiding judge for the town, and will also discuss the annual review for Town Manager Ken Buchanan.
