The Fountain Hills Great Fair was a great success this year. It’s too bad the town only gets the sales tax revenue and the Chamber of Commerce gets $225,000.
We need a Town Council and a mayor to stand up to the Chamber. We need someone to audit the Chamber’s books and find out where all this money goes.
I still believe the town could charge $2 a person fee other than for residents and seniors and make enough money so that our taxes are not raised due to road improvements.

The town needs to renegotiate its agreement with the Chamber regarding the fair.
