Toll Brothers Arizona won three gold awards at The Nationals 2019, the National Association of Home Builders’ largest and most prestigious awards competition held in conjunction with the International Builders Show in Las Vegas.

The Rio Verde home design at Toll Brothers at Verde River won a gold for Best Outdoor Living Space. CDC Design in Costa Mesa, CA, and Creative Environments in Tempe are credited with the design.

Located within the golf course community, the Toll Brothers neighborhood consists of 35 homes on 20,000-square-feet lots.

The Rio Verde home design maximizes its scenic environment with al fresco living spaces.

The Best of Outdoor Living Space is judged on concept, creativity and impact of furniture and accessories.

The Pradera at Toll Brothers at Whitewing, a new luxury home community in Gilbert, won two gold awards: Best Landscape Design and Best Interior Merchandising of a Model priced from $850,000 to $1 million.

Landscape design was by Creative Environments. Est, Est, Inc based in Scottsdale, handled the interiors.

The Pradera design features amenities for a large family with a light, bright, open floor modern farmhouse style.

The Nationals recognizes superior sales and marketing achievements by individual sales and marketing professionals, home builders and associates, and sales and marketing councils.
