As a local Real Estate Agent living and working in Fountain Hills for 18 years, I am voting for and supporting Art Tolis for a seat on our Town Council.

I’ve known Art for nearly 15 years, primarily involving real estate, mortgage lending and the school system. Art is a man with tons of ideas and, more importantly, one who actually puts those ideas into action.

Art Tolis wants a vibrant Fountain Hills with economic growth and financial stability. Art wants a successful small school system that attracts more families to our community. Art wants our town to be noticed, and visited, and called home by those visitors.

When we attract more families and professionals to live in our town, vibrancy can be attained. Art will be a Council member who takes action to create those desires for Fountain Hills.

Art is experienced; in town government, in banking and financial lending, working with the school system, and in real estate. All of those are vital to the success of Town of Fountain Hills.

Both Art Tolis and I have had the pleasure of the Director position at the local Fountain Hills Realtor meetings in previous years. Art did a much better job than I in creating vibrant, interesting, forward moving meetings, with speakers and events that made a difference in the local real estate agents successes and the local housing market. I believe he will do the same type of dedicated work if elected to our Town Council.

I’m voting for Art Tolis in the upcoming Primary Election (Aug 30) with a mail-in ballot in early August, and I encourage you to do the same.
