Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation based in Fountain Hills is reporting that deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, July 10, through Wednesday, July 16.

Thursday, July 10

*Deputies responded to the corner of Shea and Palisades boulevards  where a traffic collision occurred after a driver failed to control their vehicle’s speed and rear ended a vehicle stopped in traffic. No injuries were reported, no vehicles were towed.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation based in Fountain Hills is reporting that deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, July 10, through Wednesday, July 16.

Thursday, July 10

*Deputies responded to the corner of Shea and Palisades boulevards  where a traffic collision occurred after a driver failed to control their vehicle’s speed and rear ended a vehicle stopped in traffic. No injuries were reported, no vehicles were towed.

Saturday, July 12

*Deputies responded to the 15000 block of Centipede Drive where it was reported that two juvenile subjects were trespassing on the complainant’s property. The complainant did not wish to aid in prosecution. The juveniles were cited for a violation of the town curfew ordinance and released to parents.

*Deputies responded to the 15000 block of Chicory Drive where a domestic violence assault incident was reported. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

*Deputies responded to the 15000 block of Wildcat Ct. where it was reported that unknown subjects made threats on social media toward the complainant.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that two unknown subjects shoplifted items from a business.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that three unknown subjects shoplifted items from a business.

*Deputies responded to the 14000 block of Territory Trail where a private property vehicle collision was reported after a driver side swiped a stopped vehicle. No injuries were reported, no vehicles were towed.

Sunday, July 13

*Deputies responded to the corner of Saguaro Blvd. and Tower Drive  where a traffic collision occurred after a cyclist failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a vehicle on the roadway. The cyclist then left the area without exchanging information or making a report. No injuries were reported, no vehicles were towed.

*Deputies responded to the 14000 block of Dickens Ct. where it was reported that a neighbor’s dog was barking excessively. The dog’s owner was contacted and issued a warning.

Monday, July 14

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that an unknown subject shoplifted items from a business.

*Deputies responded to the corner of Saguaro and Kingstree boulevards where a vehicle was stopped for criminal speed (64 in a 35). The driver was issued a criminal citation.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Tumbleweed Drive where it was reported that an unknown subject stole the victim’s vehicle and attached trailer while it was parked on the street in front of a residence. The vehicle was unlocked and the key was inside the vehicle at the time of the theft.

Tuesday, July 15

*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. where a domestic violence assault incident was reported. The suspect fled prior to deputies’ arrival. Charges were submitted to the Fountain Hills Municipal Court.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Avenue of the Fountains where a violation of a court order was reported.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Palisades Blvd. where a private property hit and run collision occurred after a vehicle struck two fixed signs in the drive-thru of a business then left the scene without providing the business their information or reporting the incident to law enforcement. No injuries were reported, no vehicles were towed.

Wednesday, July 16

*Deputies responded to the 14000 block of Teakwood Ln. where it was reported that an unknown subject used the complainant’s minor child’s personal identifying information without permission to obtain employment out of state. The complainant was not willing to aid in prosecution.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Glenbrook Blvd. where it was reported that an unknown subject stole the victim’s vehicle and attached trailer while it was parked in the driveway of a residence. The vehicle was unlocked and the key was inside the vehicle at the time of the theft.
