On behalf of everyone at Fountain Hills Theater, I would like to thank Republic Services for their generosity and commitment to our community. As many in the community know, this was a very close race and a great deal of effort, passion and dedication was put into this project by both the Theater and the Community Garden.
Right to the end, it was a neck to neck race. As a result, considering the incredible display of community involvement and collaboration, it was decided between the two organizations to share the award, so that the generosity of Republic Services and the true spirit of the award could have greater impact for all residents of Fountain Hills.

Right to the end, it was a neck to neck race. In celebration of this award, CopperWynd Resort has generously offered to hold a reception for community members who donated their time and efforts towards this project. The event will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 13, from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Complimentary light hors d'oeuvres will be served and there will be a cash bar. Space is limited to 125 people, only reserved guests may attend. Please RSVP by 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12, to RSVP@fhtaz.org.
