Recently we decided to update our shut off valves through our home. We called our plumber, Joe (Ciotta) to do the job.
After about a week we noticed our kitchen floor curling up and carpet in the bedroom wet. We called him and immediately he came to see the problem. The existing refrigerator hose began leaking, which caused damage to the floor.
With no hesitation on his part he corrected the problem and took responsibility for any damage caused.

We cannot express our gratitude for his honesty and integrity. He is a rare find in today’s world.
