OPINION — I would like to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who made our recent Rededicate 250 event such a resounding success. The true foundation of this celebration was rooted in faith, prayer and trust in God, and it was beautiful to see our community come together to reflect on those shared values.
An event of this magnitude does not happen without dedicated hands. I am immensely grateful to our small but mighty Rededicate 250 committee members, Co-Chair Chris Brant, Debbie Skehen, Gordon and Margaret Standerwick, Lisa Murray, Kurt Pare, Susan Sirls, Maureen and Jim Theiring and Vicki Thompson. Their months of prayerful planning, tireless dedication and hard work brought this vision to life.
I also want to extend a big thank you to Boe James, John Kavanagh and Ben Larrabee, whose invaluable help on the day of the event kept everything running smoothly.
