Ted was a devoted husband to Joann for 55 years. Together they raised three children; John (Georgine), Mary (Arlen), Tedd (Marcie). He loved his seven grandchildren; Amanda and Ashley Demski, Olivia and Conor Baker, Courtney Sorrell, Alexandra and Justin Demski, and took pride in attending their school and sports activities, and talking to them about their day and interests.
Ted was born on Feb. 24, 1938 in Chicago Ill. He proudly served in the Army Reserves for six years before being honorably discharged. He then started his career working for Armour Dial, where he met the love of his life, Joann. Ted and Joann moved to Arizona in 1977 to work for the Greyhound Corporation.
He enjoyed his retirement years with his favorite hobbies of trap and pistol shooting, and he was proud of his Polish heritage as he enjoyed listening to polka music and eating his favorite Polish foods. He was a lifelong fan of the Chicago/St. Louis/Arizona Cardinals.
Ted was preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Jessie Demski; sister, Theresa, and grandson, Jon.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday Jan. 7 at the Church of the Ascension in Fountain Hills located at 12615 N. Fountain Hills Blvd. Mass of the Resurrection will be follow at 10 a.m.
