Today I arranged with two gentlemen of the Town of Fountain Hills Community Services Department – namely Kevin Snipes, Supervisor of Parks. and Corey Povar, Recreation Manager – to place the poinsettia tree frame on the Avenue of the Fountains on Nov. 27. I really appreciated their enthusiasm in making this year’s holiday celebration a success; it will be.
Thursday, Nov. 30, the Sunset and Noon Kiwanis members will place the 210 poinsettia plants on the tree. By Thursday night you will be able to take pictures of the tree and A-frame with donor cards. To date, we have about 20 donors; December is our busy month with donors.

Hopefully you will avail yourselves of the Fountain Hills Cultural and Civic Association (FHCCA) websites (fhcultural-civic.org and ilovefountainhill.org). Just click on the poinsettia tree and order your poinsettia; your tax deductible donation in honoring your loved one will be much appreciated. You can also fill out the donor form and mail it with you check made to FHCCA to Fountain Hills Cultural and Civic Association, P.O. Box 18254, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268.
Finally you can visit Kay Kinder’s Fountain Fashions in the Basha’s Shopping Center or Sami Fine Jewelry and Unique Gifts on the Avenue of the Fountains for donor forms. Thank you.
