While the Super Bowl is next week, there was a “Super Event” in town today.
I, along with some other volunteers from the Rotary Club of Fountain Hills, had the pleasure of assisting with the Concours in the Hills event over the last few days. We were side by side with many other volunteers and employees from the Phoenix Children's Hospital and marveled how this event is so well organized and comes together under the leadership of Peter Volny.
While there are many great events held in town, this seems to me like the crown jewel. Once the crowds began to surge in, I felt like I was back in Yankee Stadium.

Kevin, the park grounds looked great and nice to know that you have a connection with Mother Nature.
Overall, this event had me feeling pretty proud to be a resident of Fountain Hills, as well as an American.
