The Craft Classic Half Marathon and 5K race events on Saturday morning Oct. 13 will result in a number of traffic restrictions in the downtown and around Fountain Hills.

The closures in effect from 6 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. will include: Avenue of the Fountains east and west bound between Saguaro to La Montana; Verde River Drive between Parkview Ave. and Paul Nordin Parkway, closed to through traffic; Panorama Drive (north side) Saguaro to El Lago; and El Lago, Panorama to Saguaro.

The following locations will have right lane restrictions between 6 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.: La Montana between El Lago and Palisades boulevards; Saguaro between Shea and Fountain Hills boulevards; Palisades between Saguaro and Shea boulevards; Shea between Palisades and Saguaro boulevards; and Fountain Hills between Saguaro and Palisades boulevards.
