Store changes name and doubles space and inventory

The owners of A to Z Reruns, Dean and Sharon Warner, did not have to look far to expand their business.

They broke through the wall to claim another retail unit at 16733 E. Palisades Blvd., suite 105 and 106, thereby doubling the size of the store.

They opened A to Z Used Home Goods last May, selling high quality home accessories that primarily consisted of high-end estate and garage sale merchandise.

In their decision to expand, they added new categories of merchandise that Dean Warner decries as “things you need rather than want.”

He explained that he means tools and hardware, office supplies, beauty and pet items, greeting cards and stationery.

“We have something for everybody,” he said.

He plans to erect bulletin boards where owners of appliances and furniture can post a photo and description of the items for sale.

Sharon Warner’s area of expertise is “merchandise you want,” such as china, glassware, decorative accessories and linens to set a luxurious table.

Mark Warner has implemented a business policy unlike many stores. A customer can return an item within 72 hours if they take it home and it does not fit well in their living space.

Store hours are 1 to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. The Warners can be contacted by calling 480-459-5099.
