News media, instead of telling the truth, is manipulated by establishment Washington insiders who want power and control through confiscation of private lands.
Forest Service Bureau of Land Management, plus other federal agencies, misinterprets laws then enforce, regulate and restrict, thereby prohibiting timber and mineral development, exercising control over extensive state and private lands amid government holdings, resulting in frustration for millions of people who have valid, existing protected rights of lands and resources covered by deed-holding title, constitutionally protected and preserved in every federal law enacted by Congress and cannot be taken away.
Communities, counties and states are affected when agencies systematically close off access, take water and forage rights, charge higher fees and force landowners into years-long court battles, then government refuse paying court-ordered compensation.

Obama wants control of all water rights, above or underground, nationwide. The Forest Service took water rights away from ranchers in Oregon. Mr. Hammond took to court and prevailed, saving those water rights and livelihood. The only rancher doing a payback came from Obama and Eric Holder’s Justice Department after Hammond’s started backfire burning combustible material as a firebreak, protecting their ranch and accidentally burning 139 acres of federal land before putting it out. The government took him to court and the judge ruled under 1948 law, giving them two yeas jail, which they served. The Justice department came back with 1996 anti-terrorism law, with a minimum five-year sentence overruling the two-year sentence, so Hammond returned to prison.
Yet, when the Forest Service sets fires that do damage to private property, killing livestock and buildings, none are responsible.
It’s no wonder patriots stood up defending Hammond, who were treated like criminals by media and the government. All facing jail because of unjust extension on jail time for Hammond.
