Stalled car

My car stalled the other day across from the Post Office and I have many thanks to the people who helped.

One woman drove by and said she’d called the police, another woman came out from Washington Federal and offered me a bottle of water, and finally many thanks to the deputy who pushed my car into the Community Center parking lot. I already have many reasons to be thankful for being able to live in Fountain Hills and now I have even more!

In case they are interested, my husband left work early to check on the car and the problem was with the choke. He was able to make a temporary fix so I could drive home. He’s very much used to working on my car. He’s been doing it since 1979, when I met him!
