I live on Golden Eagle Boulevard and have made the same type of observations as Bob Hersh.
Not only is the black and orange Porsche a problem, but so are the grey Ford pickup, the white SUV with advertising on the side rear windows, the tan Jag sedan and the tan, older Toyota that uses the turn lane as a driving lane. Not to mention countless others.
Several years ago I went to the Town and discussed the problem with an employee. The response was that people were doing 60 mph on Palisades so the Golden Eagle issue wasn't a pressing problem.

Really? Unlike Golden Eagle, there are no residents on Palisades who exit their properties directly onto the street and all of the homes on Palisades from Golden Eagle to Shea have the advantage of a frontage road. There are also no blind spots.
At one time, the Town had a speed trailer which was very helpful in slowing the pace of traffic. The last time I went to request the trailer I was told that the Town was no longer in the traffic control business and I had to go to the Sheriff’s office.
Well, I did and the response was less than encouraging. While the front desk attendant was sympathetic, the Deputy basically shrugged his shoulders and stated they would check it out.
The result was disappointing. A Sheriff’s vehicle sat in the turn lane near lower Aspen in plain sight of all travelling the street. No surprise that everyone slowed down in both directions. I have since given up.
Mr. Hersh and I have done what we can to get the Town and the Sheriff’s department to take the speed problem on Golden Eagle seriously. Hopefully, it won’t take a major accident to get their attention.
